Drawing faces has got to be one of the most difficult exercises in life. Even being off by 1 millimeter can change a face significantly. Nevertheless, I’m pretty content with the result this time; it’s definitely better than my last attempt.

I spent about 1.5 hours on this sketch.

I haven’t seriously drawn anything for 1.5 years now. Last Friday I decided that it’s time to resume my activities.

This was done in roughly 2 hours entirely with pencil. This sketch is based on one of the works of the Taiwanese artist Dezhen.
